Lavender Hot/Cold Pack
These are one awesome item!! They help with calming and soothing you ails you. Sinus headaches, Migraines, Back aches and just sore muscles can be helped with the Lavender Hot/Cold Pack. For a hot pack just place it in the microwave for 1 to 2 minutes and you will have 30 minutes of soothing heat. Or for a Cold pack place in the freezer for 1 hour and you will have 30 to 45 minutes of soothing cool. Me personnally I leave mine in the freezer, that way they are always ready for you or your kids, but if I need a hot pack I take it from the freezer and pop it in the microwave and its ready to go.
